Recent Grants
- $250,000 DOJ 30-mth Mental Health Collaboration grant with Kennebec County to strengthen jail diversion services (includes “Reach-In” discharge support at county correctional facility, KCCF).
- $250,000 three-year grant (2006-2009) grant from Maine Health Access Foundation (MeHAF) for Targeted Medication Assistance (includes funds for “Reach-In” service at KCCF).
- $40,000 one-year planning grant from MeHAF for Peer Navigation project, to provide integrated health education and support to inmates.
- $20,000/year (’07 and ‘08) from United Way of Kennebec Valley for Reach-In services at KCCF.
